VJM ENTERPRISE operates under two primary domains:

• Software as a Service (SaaS): We provide digital ledger and POS solutions to local merchants for billing and credit (Udhar) management.
• E-commerce & Retail: We facilitate the online sale and local delivery of daily essentials, groceries, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).

3. User Obligations

As a user of Khata Wallah, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration (KYC).
• Use the platform solely for lawful purposes.
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and OTPs.

4. Payments & Billing

All online payments processed through Khata Wallah are securely handled by our authorized Payment Gateway partners. Prices for goods and software subscriptions are clearly displayed on the platform and are subject to change without prior notice. VJM ENTERPRISE is not liable for payment failures caused by network issues or bank downtimes.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of Khata Wallah's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
